Does your AI really work? With so many agents not grounded in customer data, it’s easy to think that AI is incapable of driving customer success in the real world. Moving beyond copilots, Agentforce is a revolutionary advancement in intelligent AI that actively drives customer success. It’s seamlessly integrated across every workflow and embedded into the heart of the customer journey, acting autonomously and proactively. We wanted to demonstrate the power of Agentforce with three real-world scenarios: re-booking a flight, getting truly smart e-commerce recommendations, and proactive troubleshooting. In collaboration with Bayonet Media, each of these character-driven commercials was produced entirely on a virtual set in Chicago using Unreal Engine. I was responsible for concept development, art direction, cast selection, and initial storyboarding.
